We aim to make sure that all the information on our website is always correct in terms of brands, product pictures and images, product descriptions, product features, product usages, product pricing, and product dimensions, measurements, sizes, colours and the package content.

Product information

All our products are subject to stock availability and it may happen that we may not be able to supply your order, if the product is out of stock. We will try to update stock availability information on the website as soon as is possible, but we do reserve the right at any stage to (with or without notification to you), stop selling a product on Wowzooma either temporarily or permanently. Again, we will not be liable for any losses or damages to you or any third parties, due to changes to our website that we deem necessary or your lack access to it due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. The products sold on this website are for domestic use only, unless expressly specified.

Placing and processing of your order

All orders placed with us will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions and an order does not constitute a binding contract between us and you.

Acceptance of your order and the contract between you and us will take place upon despatch to you of the product or products ordered, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order or if you decide to cancel the order.

Therefore, clicking to confirm your order on this website, followed by an order acknowledgement by email containing details of your order, is not a confirmation of acceptance of your order from us.  Once we have dispatched your order, you will not be able to cancel it.

We advise that you print out or store the order acknowledgment for your own records if you do not register an account and read our Order page for further information.

Delivery of your order

At present we only deliver products to addresses located in mainland United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Our delivery partners are; The Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD.

We will endeavour to delivery your order within any estimated timescales, however delays may occasional occur. We will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by you or any third parties, due to a delay or failure to deliver the products in your order.

Standard delivery is free on items over £35.00 and orders that are below £35.00 will be £2.99 per order for a standard 2-5 working day delivery. You can also choose express delivery, and this will cost £9.99 per order.

You will be able to select different delivery methods and options during the processing of your order. You will also be able to track your order once you have been given a tracking number.

In certain circumstances, we may not be able to deliver to remote areas or be able to deliver expressly or to timescales. We do not at the present moment offer collections.

Prices and delivery times may vary and be dependent on your postcode. Please see our Delivery page for more detailed information.

Please be aware that any loss or damage of or to the products in your order, passes to you on the first date of attempted or actual delivery of the goods. We will attempt to continue to delivery if you are not available, within reason. If we are unable to deliver or you do not collect your order, then it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be reimbursed for your order. You are responsible to ensure that you are available to take delivery of your order.

Payment of your order

We accept all major debit or credit card payments for your purchases with Wowzooma; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and Apple pay. Please see our Orders and Payments Page for more information.

We will take payment from your chosen method at the time when we receive your order, after we have checked both stock availability and verified your payment method. Taking payment for your order does not constitute an acceptance of your order.

Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to provide the product or products in your order we will endeavour to inform you of this as soon as possible and we will fully reimburse you, if any payment has been taken. To make sure that your PayPal account, credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we may validate your details, including your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the ordering process. By accepting our terms and conditions, you are also consenting to such checks being made.

During the course of us making any necessary checks, please be aware that your personal information may be disclosed and kept by a registered Credit Reference Agency. This check will be for the sole purposes of confirming your identity and no credit check will be performed. Your credit rating will not be affected by any check we make. All information provided by you with be treated securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

All prices are show in £ pounds sterling and include vat and exclude delivery charges. The price you pay is the price that is listed on our website. If there is an error in pricing, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the corrected price. We may contact you and ask you if you would like to cancel or continue with your order, paying the corrected price. If we are unable to get in touch with you, then we may cancel the order and provide you with a full refund within 14 days from the time the order has been cancelled.

Once the products have been delivered to you, they will belong to you provided we have received full payment for the items in your order. If the order is in query or dispute with PayPal or with another payment method, then the item or items will be recalled to us, until the issue is resolved and will remain the property of Shop Monk Ltd.

Refund and Returns

If you would like to return your item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange it providing it is returned in its original condition with your proof of purchase within 28 days of whenever you received the item.

Original state means that the item is still in its original packaging with accessories and documentation and that it has not been used or damaged. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return postage and packaging. This does not apply to damaged or faulty items and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your returned item. It may take up to 14 days for your refund from the time that we received your return and it will be refunded to the original person and through the original method of purchase.

Please also be aware that you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, where applicable. Please note again that dimensions measurements and sizes are approximates and we endeavour to provide accurate information to the best of our abilities.

If you have not received your items by courier, you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once you have contacted us, we will investigate the matter fully both with our warehouse and with our couriers. Unfortunately, it is not possible to investigate non-receipt of deliveries after this time scale of 7 days. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation has been successfully completed.

Orders sent by Royal Mail should be received within 1-3 working days of despatch. However, if not received by then then please allow for 15 working days before you contact us about any replacements or refunds as we need to work with Royal mail delivery timescales.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt (24 hours for our business customers) to let us know.  If the items are clearly damaged on receipt, please sign for the items accordingly and then please return in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once our warehouse has received and processed then return, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you through your original payment method.

If your item is faulty on arrival, please advise us as such within 3 working days.

There are certain items that cannot be returned which include earrings for pierced ears, underwear/swimwear, used bedding and used mattresses, beauty products that have been opened and used, computer software that has been opened and used and perishable goods. This does not affect your rights which still apply.

On occasion, certain aspects of the product may be out of our control such as the product specification from the manufacturer may change or we may experience issues with the supply of a certain product. In this case, we may choose to supply a substitute of the product of the same or better quality but at the same price. If you are not happy with the substitute or replacement item, you are entitled to return the item within our 28 days money back guarantee.

These terms govern you and us under English and Welsh law and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

These terms and conditions as well as the refunds and returns policy, do not affect your statutory consumer rights under law.
